Software Localization

We provide a complete localization service for your software, starting with the alignment of an existing translation to improve reuse and reduce costs, continuing with the translation of strings, help files and documentation, and finishing with DTP and testing. One team to do them all.

Here is a "typical" project flowchart. Since there is no such thing as a typical localization project, the procedure is customized to fit your specific needs.

A localization project can include the translation of all the User Interface strings, of the user manuals, of the help files, tutorials, box, CD labels, license agreement, readme file, product web site. Graphics containing text will have to be modified and screenshots of the localized software will be taken for use in the documentation and in the help files.

For each language, we assemble a team of linguists who will translate, edit and test all the components of the software to be localized. Depending on the size of the project and the number of translators involved, we may have one translator be the team leader for her language.
